Talance, Inc., was established in 2001 to address a pressing need for enterprise-level expertise for non-profits and government institutions. We didn’t think it fair that only Fortune 500 companies get powerful and scalable websites, and that only major universities can run online courses with the capacity to handle thousands of varied learners. So they took their background in large-scale software development, project management and design and applied it to open-source systems that medium-sized non-profits and government agencies can use.
Over the past decade, we have built robust websites and powerful online courses for organizations in Boston, Massachusetts, and across the U.S. Our clients range from UMass Medical Center and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to the Indiana Center for Congregations and the health and human services agency Health Imperatives. Talance is successful for a reason: our devotion to ethics, quality and customer satisfaction. We decided we wanted to run our company in a different way. One that combines honest, cost-effective service with standards of excellence. We build relationships that last.
In addition to our client projects we write and tweet.
