Jill Friedman Fixler & Associates, a consultancy focusing on non-profit assessment and volunteer engagement, had a website that none of the administrators could edit and that had an unfriendly design.

The Solution

First, we examined usability, because the site was as difficult to manage as it was for visitors to use. We restructured the menu system, streamlined the copy and altered the design so it would be more intuitive. The consultancy also has a widely distributed newsletter, which we moved over to our services, which afford easy administration, unlimited issues and one-click subscription. JFFixler & Associates is also now hosted on Talance Web Hosting, where we can give them fast turn-around on changes and the several e-mail addresses they needed.
